5-Year Limited Warranty and Return Policy
Our limited extended warranty is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery and applies to orders and deliveries across all MHZ product groups.

What is Covered:

Components and brackets
-
Operational cords and mechanisms

Fabric deterioration within 5 years

Motorization components

Batteries (rechargeable)

MHZ reserves the right to repair or replace defective goods with similar parts at its discretion.
We will cover the cost of parts or repairs at our facility for confirmed material faults; however, the customer is responsible for all associated costs, such as installation and dismantling.

How to Get Assistance:

If you encounter a problem with your MHZ product(s), please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the purchased, or contact the nearest dealer in your area.
What is Not Covered:

Incorrect installation, improper operation, inappropriate handling, or transport damage.

Any errors in the size or operation of the window covering when the measurements and features are provided by the client.

Minor variations in the color and texture of textiles because of production.

Shrinking and/or stretching within German DIN standard limits due to sunlight or extreme temperatures.

Natural wear and tear of fabrics.

Normal wear and tear on operating components and hardware, including discoloration and weathering.

Incorrect or careless handling.

Use of unsuitable production or replacement materials.

Service trips to provide instructions on product use.

Replacement parts for products outside the warranty period.

Labour and other costs related to removal and disposal of defective products.

Misuse, abuse, alterations, or use of harmful cleaning solutions.

Contact with chemicals harmful to textiles, metal, and plastics (e.g., brick wash solutions).

Improper removal of warning or identification labels.

Any shade ordered outside of size specifications in pricelists/technical info.

Travel, transport, freight, and installation costs (including any third-party charges) are excluded.
